School Policies

Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
Absences must be reported in advance to the administration office.
Frequent absences may result in warnings and, in extreme cases, suspension from the program.
Punctuality is essential; students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be marked absent.

Code of Conduct

Respect for fellow students, teachers, and staff is mandatory.
Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from class.
Bullying, harassment, or discrimination in any form is strictly prohibited.
Mobile phones must be silenced during class unless used for learning purposes.

Homework and Assignments

Homework and assignments must be completed on time.
Late submissions may result in reduced grades or additional assignments.
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

Language Use Policy

Students are encouraged to speak English at all times during classes and school activities.
Native language use should be minimized to promote immersion and language growth.

Assessment Policy

Regular assessments will be conducted to evaluate progress.
Students must participate in all tests and exams.
Results will be shared with students and, if applicable, parents or guardians.

Fee and Refund Policy

All tuition fees must be paid in full before the start of the term.
Refunds will only be provided for cancellations made at least 14 days before the term starts, minus an administrative fee.
No refunds are available after the term has started.

Student Support

Counseling and academic support services are available upon request.
Students are encouraged to communicate any concerns to their teacher or the administration.

Parental Involvement (for younger learners)

Parents are encouraged to participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Feedback and suggestions from parents are always welcome.
Parents should ensure their children are prepared and punctual for classes.

Termination of Enrollment

A-Z English reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment due to severe or repeated violations of school policies.
